DELIVERY POLICY

Every Tough Dog 4WD suspension kit ordered through Build & Buy Online is delivered to your nominated Tough Dog authorised dealer for collection or professional fitment. We use this dealer-delivery model because correct fitment and wheel alignment have the biggest impact on ride and component life.

Delivery is charged at a per-kilogram rate depending on the equipment purchased and the dealer location selected at checkout.

Delivery timing is confirmed after order placement. A Tough Dog sales representative will contact you if any order detail requires review.

At collection, your authorised dealer will offer professional fitment and a post-fitment wheel alignment. We strongly recommend Tough Dog suspension be fitted by qualified trade professionals. Fitment and alignment charges are negotiated directly with the dealer and are not included in the suspension kit price.

We distribute to 55+ countries through authorised regional partners. Contact us at enquiry@4waysuspension.com.au for international distributor enquiries. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at enquiry@4waysuspension.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
