Tough Dog manufactures and distributes 4WD suspension systems from Australia. Established in 1985, the business supports Australian customers through a national dealer network.

Our quality commitment is to provide clear, product-specific information and to avoid applying a certification, country-of-origin statement or technical claim to products for which it has not been verified.

Our quality objectives are to:

• Keep public product and fitment information aligned with current source data

• Present technical specifications at the product-family or SKU level

• Route exact vehicle, load and compliance decisions through verified fitment data and authorised dealers

• Review customer, dealer, warranty and field information as part of product improvement

• Correct or qualify information when the supporting evidence is incomplete

Testing methods and supporting evidence vary by product family and application. Product-specific test results, specifications and documents should be confirmed against current Tough Dog technical information or through an authorised dealer.

This policy does not make a blanket claim that every product undergoes an identical test program.

Supplier, manufacturing and country-of-origin details can vary by component and product. Where an origin, certification or supplier-quality statement has been verified for a specific product, it may be published with that product. Otherwise, contact Tough Dog or an authorised dealer for current supporting information.

Our approach is to use customer and dealer feedback, warranty information and field reports to inform product and information reviews. Review timing and resulting changes depend on the issue, product and available evidence.

Tough Dog offers ADR-certified GVM upgrade kits. Approval and compliance are product-, vehicle- and registration-pathway-specific, so customers must confirm the exact kit and applicable federal or state pathway with an authorised specialist. This statement does not imply that every Tough Dog product carries the same approval.
